Description
This Perko concealed door closer is an uncontrolled door closer in that it has no hydraulic or latch actions, but simply closes the door by pulling it shut.
Fitted with an adjustable closing speed, this closer has a maximum door weight of 50kg.
This door closer is fire tested to BS 476 for 60-minute fire doors and has been tested to withstand 500,000 open and close cycles.
Available in electro brass, chrome, and satin chrome.
